This study began with curiosity regarding my heritage and the Czech Republic, which when I visited I found to be very beautiful, interesting and full of history. The study evolved into a research project on Czech and Slovak ethnicity.

This survey was created to gauge responses to topics and areas of identity I found most relevant to my study. Optional questions have been included at right.
